Course Description

The course will be two days; a theoretical part will be addressed in the first day where the speakers will discuss aspects related to patient selection, the literature’s evidence, diagnostic tests and comparing various methods of approach. The second day will be a practical part in which some patients candied for PNS will be implanted.

Physicians experienced in Spinal Cord Stimulation and interested to understand the basis of peripheral nerve stimulation:
- Neurologists
- Neurosurgeons
- Anesthetists
- Pain specialists
- Physiotherapy specialists 

Learning Objectives

At the end of this training participants will:
- Select and screen patients
- Conduct diagnostic tests
- Implant devices according to the latest techniques
- Manage patients eligible for SCS and IDD
- Program and troubleshoot devices
- Evaluate clinical results obtained by peripheral nerves and subcutaneous stimulations
