Course description

This 3 day workshop is on Spinal Cord Stimulation for Chronic Pain. The course will introduce and demonstrate in a live setting all aspects of the clinical work-flow related to neurostimulation techniques for chronic pain management. It will mainly focus on patient selection, implantation techniques of the different devices used and patient management, including programming and troubleshooting. Participants will have the opportunity to participate in the implantation procedure and follow-up of patients in the normal clinical environment. Participants are encouraged to bring cases from their own practice to discuss and consult interesting and/or challenging situations.

Target audience

Physicians with interest and experience in the treatment of pain, who desire to learn the practical aspects of the use of Neuromodulation Therapies for the treatment of FBSS associated chronic Back and Leg Pain, CRPS, radiculopathies and other Pain Syndromes.
